How to deactivate the Telehealth video service

To deactivate the Telehealth video service:

1. Click on the Add-Ons button in myMPS

Once you have activated the add-on, the tile in the Add-On Store will change to show a ‘Deactivate’ link.

Note: If you deactivate the Telehealth service, the Telehealth video links will be deleted for all existing appointments from the time of deactivation.
