Deactivating Clinical Notes

To deactivate the Clinical Notes service:

1. Click on the ‘Add-Ons’ button in myMPS.
2. Click on the ‘Deactivate’ button on the Clinical Notes tile.

Note: Should you choose to deactivate your Clinical Notes feature, all previously captured notes will remain visible, however, you will not be able to create any new notes.
