View previous clinical notes

To view previous clinical notes that were captured:

1. Open the patient’s ‘Account Details’ page.
2. Select the patient from the ‘Account Members’ section on the page.
3. Select the ‘Clinical Notes’ tab.
4. Select the required note under ‘Clinical Notes’
