Clearing browser cache
To clear your browser cache, follow the steps below:
- Press the keys Ctrl, Shift and del on your Keyboard.
- Select the period since installation, to empty the whole browser cache.
- Check the option Images and Files in Cache.
- Confirm your settings, by clicking the button delete browser data.
- Refresh the page.
Alternatively, follow the steps relevant to the browser that you are using.
Google Chrome
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More.
- Click More tools, Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, check the boxes.
- Click Clear data.
Internet Explorer
- Select Tools (via the Gear Icon) > Safety > Delete browsing history
You can also access this menu by holding Ctrl, Shift and Delete. - Select the elements you do and do not want to delete and then click Delete.
- You will then get a confirmation at the bottom of the window once it has successfully cleared your data.
Mozilla Firefox
- Click the Menu button and select Options.
- Select the Privacy & Security panel.
- In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data.
- Select which data you would like to delete.
- Click the Clear button.
Safari

The fastest way to clear your cache is to press CMD, ALT, and E.
Clearing the cache through the developer menu
- You can also enable a developer menu in Safari to enable several professional options. To display the developer menu:
- Select the first item Safari in the main menu and from the drop-down the item Preferences.
- A popup opens. Click on the tab Advanced.
- Check the option Show Develop menu in the menu bar at the bottom. Now you should see a new menu item in the main menu named Develop.
- If you click on the menu item Develop you can select Empty Caches from the submenu items.
- Reload the site.
