Deactivate Bulk SMS
To deactivate the Bulk SMS service:
- Click the Add-Ons button (). This will open the ‘Add-Ons’ screen where you are able to deactivate the service or get more information
- To deactivate the service, click the ‘Deactivate’ button.
myMPS will pop up and confirmation screen and warn you that any SMS credits at that time will be lost.
Click on ‘Yes’ to confirm the deactivation.
Both the practice owner and the person that selected to deactivate Bulk SMS will then receive a confirmation email that the service has been deactivated and no further messages (eg. Birthday messages) will be sent.
